Customer Service-Why you should strive for excellence-Resale Rights Blueprint

Well……sorry for the time in between posts. I love this time of the year because of the excitement of preparing for the celebration of the birth of God’s son, Jesus, but I also hate it because of all the busyness in life. Too many things going on and not enough time to do them.

Anyway…..the title of the post–Customer Service, and why you should strive to provide excellence:

In a previous post I mentioned the purchase of a certain piece of software and how it would help out with the delivery of the digital products (ebooks). Well, after asking some questions in the Planetsms forum, I found that this software will not do what I would like it to do. I have had an email conversation with a member of that forum and this person has been kind enough to offer advice and a product that she recommends.

As part of the process of switching delivery software, I requested a refund from the original company. Since it was well within the 60 days that they garantee a refund, I didn’t think it would be an issue. Well, after 3 attempts to contact them I was told that the refund would ‘take some time’ because the billing department was busy. I responded with a statement to the effect that they were more than willing to take my money asap, but when it came to refunding my purchase, it would take some time.

Poor customer service.

The price of poor customer service? A negative recommendation if anyone asks about digital delivery software.

The software? myDD. My Digital Dispatch. I would not recommend doing business with them. Just personal opinion.

Onward.

John Thornhill just came out with a new product this week: Resale Rights Blueprint. I have gone over this, and I must say, it is a very good product. Without giving too much away, John does give a very definite ‘blueprint’ for generating an income with an online business. He also has provided a video to enable you to take a sneak preview before you buy. I would recommend buying before midnight on December 20, because that is when the price goes up.

If you are endeavoring into Internet Marketing and selling ebooks for the first time, John’s blueprint will be a great help to you as he outlines the steps you need to take to get things set up. Almost similar to what I am doing here (thanks for stealing my idea John :) ), but he goes into so much more detail and offers some pretty good bonuses on top of that.

Well, back to my stuff. As I mentioned previously, I am working with a member of John’s forum, Paula, on the installation of the delivery script.

I have decided to go with EW Portal because of all of the features that is has.

The autoresponder series for the site will be loaded, hopefully by Saturday, and with any luck at all, I will have a launch of the new site by year end……what a way to start out 2008……with a great big BANG! Besides, we are finishing off the basement of our new house and the carpeting alone is costing us almost six grand! Do you think it’s possible to be able to have that paid for by June?

I DO!!!!!!!!! This business is that good. I’ve talked to some of the people that are doing it. Why NOT ME?

WHY NOT YOU??? You have the tools…here…..here…and here.

Until next time…..

Regards,

Ron
